This is a total cheat, but because our windows leak and our house is completely under construction, they just replaced all but 4 of the
windows in our house yesterday. After they water-test them next week, they'll be professionally re-cleaned before being dressed with new screens.

Considering the fact that I hadn't cleaned the windows in the 3 years that we've lived here, it's unlikely they'll be cleaned again before the 1001 days is over. So, technically, my windows and screens are "clean" and #35 can be checked off of my 101 Goals!!! (glad I didn't have to make Mike get up on a ladder to get the 2nd story windows and screens done...)

When we moved to our current house a year ago, one of the first people in our neighborhood to introduce himself was the local window washer. Nope, not a professional, just a guy who invested in some ladders and a squeegee (sp?) and goes around the neighborhood every 2 months cleaning all the windows on our house for the cost of a 2-person Subway meal.
Oh, there are SOME great benefits to living in ClogLand!

By the way, the windows got cleaned somehow so it TOTALLY counts :)
