Tomato Basil Hummus

2 cans garbanzo beans/chick peas, drained
1 can tomatoes, with juice
15ish fresh basil leaves OR 3 tsp dried basil
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt (or more, to taste)
1/4 cup olive oil
The juice of 1 lemon

Put all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.

Oh, you know what I'm thinking? Maybe using fresh roasted tomatoes...intensify the flavor...

I'll let you know if I try it.
