For those who follow my {terribly neglected} Picture of the Day blog, I have finally caught up on the FIVE weeks I was behind. It was on my to-do list every week, I just hadn't gotten around to journalling about the pictures.
My mom sent me an email the other day, with "Remember me?" in the subject line. This was the email:

Yea, it’s been a long while since we’ve seen each other. I know how busy you are, too busy to miss me for sure. But I just wanted you to know that I sure miss you!

It's the holiday season... You've just started homeschooling... I'd just send the pics to my mom and let her update it. ;)
Ok Anonymous, From one mom to another, it is a total TREAT to be so spoiled by my daughter, to thoroughly enjoy being included in her life with terrific pix and updates that take be right into her home. You're hilarious. This is my reward for 20+ years of single parenthood... though I wouldn't mind learning and helping with the POD. It's addicting.
And Kate - THANK YOU for updating the POD, I loved every shot and every single anecdote. Man you have a full life!!
