Here are the recipes I tried:
- Oil, Vinegar, Soy Sauce & Garlic
- Fajita Marinade
- Sweet & Salty Marinade
- Ginger Chicken Marinade
- Greek Grilled Chicken - very modified (no Greek or poultry seasoning)
- OJ Marinade
I didn't have red wine vinegar (substituted apple cider...it's the closest that I have!) or oregano (substituted basil), both of which seemed to be in most of the recipes, plus I adjusted a few other ingredients that I was running out of. Soooo...we'll see how these turn out later next month.
I'll review each marinade with the exact measurements of what I used (I wrote everything on the Ziplock) and will keep you posted in my meal plans!

I LOVE chicken that's been marinated! My best friend just marinates hers in Italian dressing for a while before she grills it, and it's soooooo good! I will have to try some of these out!
I do this all the time! Super easy meals and we never get tired of grilled chicken. Just add some rice and grilled veggies, YUM YUM YUM!
I make bags of chicken frozen in their marinade alot, and it saves so much time (and guesswork) when it comes to dinner!
