Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Topping:
½ cup white sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup butter, cubed
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Muffin Ingredients:
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
¾ cup brown sugar
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 egg
1/3 cup milk or 1/3 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Place oil in a 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Mix this into the flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups to the top
- Crumb Topping: Mix all ingredients with a fork and sprinkle on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
