I have no idea who to credit for this billboard or even the photo of the billboard, but this is just about as funny as it gets.

    I'm must be having an Intellectually Challenged day, because, as quick-witted as I usually am, I really don't get this. Could someone with a higher mental capacity than mine today explain this one to me?
