Friday night, Ryan had a football game.

Then a sleepover. (these are black under-the-eye, tough-guy-football-player stickers that were relocated on the boys' faces)

Saturday, we went to my cousin's wedding.

I borrowed a dress from a friend and must say, I looked hot. If I do say so myself...

Sunday, Mike helped the kids spread cobwebs all over the porch.

Then we dug into our pumpkins. Ryan's face was one of pure disgust the entire time he cleaned out the guts...it was hilarious.

I seperated the seeds to bake later.

Kaylin chose to paint her pumpkin. Then sprinkle it with glitter. Then proceed to paint over the entire pumpkin in green.

Once it got dark, we headed out to beg the neighbors for candy.

Jason sat quietly in the stroller, pulling out the contents of his bucket and sprinkling everything on the street. Picture a flower girl at a wedding...that was Jason with his Halloween candy.

He gnawed on a couple of the packages, which didn't bother me. Until he soaked the wrapper of a Tootsie Pop so much that the sucker poked through.

Once I realized why the sucker was so important to him, he popped it into his mouth and gave me an innocent look, like, "What? I don't know what you're looking at..."

We finished the night off at a neighbor friend's front yard BBQ, where Darth Vader (Ryan) and Obi-Wan Kenobi had a light saber battle under the street lights. Apparently, it had been planned all week. They were falling and dying in slow motion, then bouncing back up, read to fight back. The audience just made them more dramatic.

Monday morning, much to my delight, I found Ryan sorting his candy in like-piles. Like mother, like son...he thought he put the groups in a circle, but it looked more like a heart to me.

Now if you'll excuse me, I must go tend to my little croup-infested baby. He sits so still during his breathing treatments...my angel!
