*expired* {Twinpop Designs} Giveaway

*This contest is expired!!!*

This week's contest is a custom-made letter from Twinpop Designs. Here is a note from Dana, explaining a bit about the company:

I have been Scrapbooking and doing Letters for years.  At the beginning of 2009, I really wanted to do something, to give back.  I knew I wanted to do something with kids but didn't know what.  I couple of my friends had premmie babies and then last summer a client ordered a letter for her soon to be born grandson.  She told me how he would go directly into surgery and then would be in the NICU for sometime.  That got me really thinking.  Then in Dec of 2009 a dear friend's wife was having there 4th child. The pregnancy did not go very well and she had been on bedrest for 1 1/2 months.  Finally they decided to deliver the baby boy early.  The baby was fine but 24 hours after giving birth his wife had a pulmunary embolism.  It was such a hard ordeal.  Having a baby in the NICU, 3 kids at home and a wife that is almost dead.  That's when I knew what I wanted to do.

I've seen many stories on TV about the NICU and thought what a great gift to a new parent to have a PERSONALIZED item for their child!   Instead of having a piece of paper on the isolate, they can have a wood letter that they can take home when they are discharged.  I called around to different hospitals and began donating Letters.  Right now I'm done donating until I can get more orders in.  For every three Letters I sell, I will donate one to the hospital.  I am trying to find ways to do more advertising so I can get the word out.  I really love donating these Letters and I think the families and staff there really do appreciate it.

Dana made me this amazing letter for our home.  I couldn't decide which of my kids would get a personalized letter for their room, so I decided to do our family name to hang downstairs. Dana has a great process of creating each letter: I told her the colors in the room and we chatted a bit before she finalized the project.  I just love how it turned out!!!

The randomly chosen entry of this contest will win a wooden letter of their choice with customized colors and accents to match any room or theme they'd like.

There are multiple ways to enter to win this giveaway. Good luck!!!

Each entry needs to have your first name, city and state and email address (typed as "yourname(at)yahoo(dot)com" to avoid spam):

I would design one for my cousin's new baby. He was born September 28. Everything was great until 3 hours of age when he stopped breathing. He has had brain surgery for a hemorrhage and a bowel resection/colostomy since then. He will be in the NICU for awhile and this would be a wonderful thing for them.

I would probably get an "M" for Madelyn. Poor 2nd child still hasn't had her room decorated all girly for her. She deserves something that isn't hand-me-down!

I would like a B for my last name. My husband and I, married for 5 years, have an 11 month old daughter, and are buying our first house this week, and moving in it next weekend. So I would love to have a B for our family, for our new home!!!
