(Good morning, all! Did you know that today is 10/10/10??? And I posted this at 10:10am, just for fun. That makes the number geek in me absolutely giddy...)
I know there are lots of people nowadays who aren't into Halloween, but for those of you who are, I have some links and pictures for your viewing pleasure. I'm not into the creepy parts of Halloween, but the kids think everything related to any holiday is fun, so I'm not going to rain on their parade.
A couple of years ago, I posted some cute and fun recipes to do with the kids for Halloween, but here are a few more I've seen around the web this year:
Jack-O-Lanterns out of ORANGES

Easy Spiderweb Cookies

Candy Corn by the Slice

Dirt Cups with Gummy Worms

Apple Bites

Hot Dog Mummies (I'm not a fan of hot dogs, but these are adorable!)

Any other cute ideas out there to celebrate Halloween with food??? Please share in the comments...

Literally holding back squeals of excitement when I saw the apple bites. Thanks for posting this! :)
Would you believe, I'm already doing the Mummy Dogs for our Halloween party?! And you totally beat me to it ... we decorated the house for Halloween today, and Mr T and I did a practice run of our Witches' Fingers and Tasty Tarantula cookies. The rest of the feast (Bug Blood, Werewolf Pee, Ghost Turds, Scrambled Brains, and Molten Earwax, just to name a few) will have to wait.
Hmmmm, can't tell I love Halloween, can you? ;-) Even the creepy stuff...ESPECIALLY the creepy stuff! But that will have to wait a few more years. No point in terrorizing the kids so much they won't want to come back next year.

PS - I had totally planned on Infested Apples (with gummy worms coming out) but you reminded me of an easier recipe with the dirt cups. Hmmmmmm, now I'm thinking....
