Meal Plan - 6/14/10

Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Whole Grain Waffles
Apple Fritters

Lunch:
Turkey sandwiches
Fruit salad
Pretzels
Salads for me
Saturday (for Ryan's birthday party): dinosaur chicken nuggets, dinosaur fruit snacks, dinosaur scene birthday cake (I'll post pictures!)

Dinner:
Monday - White Bean Ravioli with Brown Butter and Caper Sauce
Tuesday - Veggie Packed Pasta
Wednesday - Salmon on the grill, corn on the cob and Bok Choy Salad
Thursday - Crock Pot Bean Soup with tortilla chips
Friday - Sloppy Joes with broccoli and salad
Saturday - Spanish Potato Tortillas
Sunday - Turkey Tetrazzini with Whole Wheat Bread

Dessert:
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

So how was the ravioli? I really want to try that after reading the recipe! My guys are northern beans fans, and none else. I LURVE pinto beans (a staple in the South), but they don't. : (

Anyway, any new recipes with beans hidden in them I'm all for!
