Our Day

Kaylin had her pre-school Christmas party today and Ryan had his big Kindergarten Christmas production. I borrowed my neighbor's coveted 55-250mm zoom lens and got some great pictures of the kids.

I followed Kaylin around the playground and caught her sweet face playing. The party pictures were okay, but these were far better...

Oh, and I was informed by another mom today that this little boy told his sister that he has a girlfriend and her name is Kaylin. She asked what that means and he said, "I don't know." Good. Let's keep it that way, buddy!!

And I was able to get really close-up shots of Ryan on stage, even though we were several rows back. Here is his class doing the hand motions for a few Christmas favorites:
