Kaylin was quiet and observant until almost intermission...just taking it all in. Ryan asked 1,000 times when the tigers were coming. It turned out that they were practically last, of course. He finally started saying, "I don't think there's going to be tigers at this circus" and I let him believe it because I was so sick of him asking! I obviously need to work on contentment with him because no joke as soon as the tiger act was on, he asked where the clowns were. The security guards didn't stop us from bringing our own water and some trail mix into the stadium and somehow, the kids didn't beg for souvenirs, so we got away with only spending the ridiculous $10 for parking. We had to drop Mike back at his office to pick up his car after the show, so we didn't get home until almost 10:30. As exhausted as everyone was, my kids' internal alarm clocks are relentless because everyone was bright eyed and bushy tailed at 7am. I, on the other hand, passed out on the couch for a bit at 11am. I don't know where these kids get their energy!
Here are some pictures I took with my wonderful new camera. The people on the tight wire were the most amazing to me, Ryan's favorite part was watching the people get shot out of the cannon and Kaylin liked all of the animals. .jpg)
